Description of Tyndale Rewards and Acceptance of Terms of Use
Tyndale Rewards, which is operated by Tyndale House Publishers, Inc., is a service that allows users to earn points towards the redemption and purchase of Tyndale products. Users must either submit personal data, post reviews, refer other customers, or promote Tyndale products via their social media outlets to earn points.  Tyndale Rewards is based in the United States and hosted in Illinois, at the corporate headquarters of Tyndale House Publishers.
Tyndale House Publishers offers Tyndale Rewards for your personal enjoyment and entertainment. By visiting Tyndale Rewards (whether or not you are a registered member) or using Tyndale Reward Services, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any future modifications ("Agreement"). Please read through this Agreement carefully. Tyndale House Publishers may modify this Agreement at any time, and each such modification will be effective upon posting on All material modifications will apply prospectively only. Your continued use of Tyndale Rewards following any such modification constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the Agreement as so modified. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly.

Eligibility for Tyndale Rewards Registration and Account Security
Use of the Tyndale Rewards is limited to users who are of legal age in their state of residence (18 years old or older). Tyndale employees and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Tyndale Rewards program. All registration information you submit to create an account must be accurate and must be kept updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are responsible for all use of your account. It is therefore critical that you do not share your password with anyone. You agree not to use the account, username, email address or password of another member at any time. You agree to notify Tyndale Rewards Admin Center immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of, or access to, your account or password. You agree to maintain only one account.

This Agreement remains in full force and effect while you use the Tyndale Rewards program. You may terminate your account on at any time, for any reason, by sending an email to indicating the email address associated with your account. Tyndale Rewards may terminate your account and/or access to the Tyndale Rewards program at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability. Furthermore, even after your user account or access to Tyndale Rewards is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect. You agree that your account is non-transferable and any rights to your account terminate upon your death.

Your Use of Tyndale Rewards Merchandise
The Tyndale Rewards program is offered for your personal use only and product redeemed from this program may not be resold or used for commercial purposes unless specifically endorsed or authorized by Tyndale House Publishers.

Use of the Tyndale Rewards program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.

Information posted on Tyndale Rewards may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.  This information is provided “as is” without any conditions or warranties. Tyndale Rewards also disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, from such errors.

Limitation on Liability 

Orders redeemed on Tyndale Rewards will be sent using UPS ground or USPS lowest rates. Delivery times may vary, but expedited shipping rates are not available.

No Warranty
Tyndale House Publishers makes no warranty, and accepts no liability for any loss or damages whatsoever, relating to or in connection with your placement of an order. You are solely responsible for any and all transactions utilizing your Payment Information, including, but not limited to, any and all charges.

You agree to indemnify and hold Tyndale House Publishers, Inc, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Tyndale Rewards, your breach of this Agreement, your violation of any rights of another or any Content that you post or otherwise submit on, through or in connection with the Tyndale Rewards.

You will periodically receive e-mails that will make you aware of additional opportunities to earn points. However, you do not need to wait for the e-mails in order to start earning your points. Visit the “Earn Points” section  for a complete list of ways to get more points.  You’ll be collecting your first reward before you know it!

Log in to your account on to see how many points you have collected in your account. Next, browse the product available for redemption. If you find a product you like and you have accumulated enough points, click the “Redeem” button.
-+ What if I lose or forget my password?
Not a problem.  Just click here, enter your username or e-mail address, and press the “Get New Password” button. You will receive a link to create a new password via e-mail.
-+ What if I lose my “invite friends” code, may I get a new one?
Sign in to your account and click on the “Earn Points” tab in the upper right-hand corner. Scroll down to the “Invite a Friend to Join the Rewards Program” section. Click on the “Get Your Code” button, and you will be shown your code that you can use to share with your friends.  You can also click here to get your "invite friends" code.
-+ Why haven’t I received the prize I redeemed?
Orders are keyed into our system as they are received. You should receive your order within two to four weeks of your submission date. However, unforeseen circumstances can cause the shipping process in some cases to take four to six weeks. If you don’t receive your product within six weeks, please contact us, and we’ll attempt to track down your prize.

Your points will never expire. You can save up your points for a product with greater retail value, but there is no guarantee that the product will be available once you have earned enough points. Once the product inventory has been depleted, it will be removed from the site.
